Have you recently learned to nordic walk? Or are you looking for a shorter, more relaxed pace to get you back into it. If so, this is the class for you.
These 1-hr beginner’s walks are at a gentle pace and are up to 2 miles. They are a great way to gradually improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. They are ideal for those who want to build up gradually to the longer and more energetic walks or those who may have concerns about their health.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. This will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy. Refunds will only be issued if the session has been cancelled by the Instructor or Walk Leader.
