This session is suitable for newly trained members and current members alike. Elaine will lead most of these sessions and will aim to keep the sessions varied and fresh. \n  \nDistance: 4.5 miles max \nPace: Moderate \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk.
