DESCRIPTION:Join Sherwood Nordic Walking at Retford’s King’s Park to have a go at Nordic Walking. \nThis session is suitable for beginners and anyone new to exercise. It is also a great session to join if you are getting back into being active after illness or injury. \nThere are so many benefits to nordic walking. Give it a go and see what it can do for you. \nPlease meet me in the Asda overflow carpark\, behind the Asda petrol station. Wharf Road\, Retford\, DN22 6EN \nPoles are provided free of charge. I can advise you on buying your own if you decide you would like to. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk.
