DESCRIPTION:Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This fast-track course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nAn introduction to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. There are also some poles available to purchase after the course. \nYou will need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire prior to taking part.
