DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10. \nYou can only book Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1\, or already have experience of nordic walking. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \nSession 3 on 27th September incorporates further practise and recap on key areas of the technique. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk.
