DESCRIPTION:To consolidate your learning from Sessions 1 and 2\, Session 3 enables you to practise what you have learned so far\, and to perfect your technique. \nThis session is free for those who have completed weeks 1 and 2\, and £6 for those who are coming along for a beginner’s refresher walk. \n  \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk. DESCRIPTION:Tricia and Liz are not available this week so your Instructor will be Tracy. Technique can be worked on as well as enjoying a 3.5 – 4.5 mile Adventure in the village of Everton. \n\n\nThis delightful route takes us along open countryside\, along the river Idle and through woodland. Beginning and ending at The Bean Scene there is ample parking! We can stop for a hot drink and snacks/lunch at the end. \n\n\n  \n\n\n3.5 – 4.5 miles \n\n\n249ft ascent (max) \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk.
