DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Wednesday Walk Leader Adventure with Tricia and Liz. \n\n\nTricia will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile nordic walk around the spectacular Idle Valley Nature Reserve. \n\n\nStarting and ending at the main carpark which is currently donation payment. \n\n\nDistance: 3.5 – 4.5 miles \nPace: Slow \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:At a later time today\, due to a clash\, this session starts at 12 noon. \nFollowing on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10. \nYou can only take part in Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1\, or already have experience of nordic walking. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \nSession 3 on 31st January incorporates further practise and recap on key areas of the technique. \n
