DESCRIPTION:To consolidate your learning from Sessions 1 and 2\, Session 3 enables you to practise what you have learned so far\, and to perfect your technique. \nThis session is free for those who have completed weeks 1 and 2\, and £10 for those who are coming along for this session only. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Wednesday Walk Leader Adventures with Tricia. \n\n\nTricia will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile nordic walk around from Langold Country Park\, towards Firbeck or Letwell and into Dyscar Woods or maybe over to Hodsock.
