DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session.
