DESCRIPTION:Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This 3-part course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nSession 1 introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nSession 2 will take place on Wednesday 1st May. You do not need to book these sessions separately. The payment for Session 1 is for all three sessions. \nSession 3 takes place on Wednesday 8th May and is also bookable for anyone who has trained with us before and would like some technique practise. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \nYou will need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire prior to taking part. I will send this to you a few days before the course – please check your junk email boxes. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this relaxed-paced nordic adventure with Tricia and Liz. \n\n\nTricia will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile nordic walk around from Langold Country Park\, towards Firbeck or Letwell and into Dyscar Woods or maybe over to Hodsock.
