DESCRIPTION:To consolidate your learning from Sessions 1 and 2\, Session 3 enables you to practise what you have learned so far\, and to perfect your technique. \nThis session can be booked as a refresher session for those who have trained with us before. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. The pit top gives great views and is a useful measure of fitness. \nCome and stride out and feeling the power of your poles with Elaine! \nDistance: 3-3.5 miles \nPace: Moderate \nParking is in the smaller carpark off the A60 Langold-Costhorpe Road. \nWhat3Words: ourselves.canines.annoys \nSpaces are limited on these evening sessions due to Walk Leader insurance and group management. With this in mind please note the cancellation policy.
