DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10. \nYou can only take part in Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1\, or already have experience of nordic walking. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \nSession 3 on 19th June incorporates further practise and recap on key areas of the technique.

DESCRIPTION:These evening sessions are 1 hour long at the fabulous Idle Valley Nature Reserve. \nCome and stride out and feeling the power of your poles with Elaine! \nDistance: 3-3.5 miles \nPace: Moderate \nParking is in the main carpark at Idle Valley Nature Reserve. Please be on time as the gates will close promptly. \nSpaces are limited on these evening sessions due to Walk Leader insurance and group management. With this in mind please note the cancellation policy.
