SUMMARY:*9am*Fitness Adventure - Laughton to Roche Abbey
DESCRIPTION:This moderate-paced adventure is more challenging than our regular nordic adventures due to undulating terrain\, including a short\, steep climb. \nBeginning at Laughton-en-le-Morthen we will follow rolling hills\, peaceful woodland and finally arrive at the mysterious ruins of Roche Abbey. \nThe steep section is into and out of the woods. \nThere is a delightful cafe at the end called Leger Lakes and it is on our way back to the carpark. We can reserve a table here if anyone wants to call in for refreshments at the end of our walk. \nDistance: 4.5 miles \nPace: Moderate-Fast \nAscent: 512 ft \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. This will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy.
