DESCRIPTION:To consolidate your learning from Sessions 1 and 2\, Session 3 enables you to practise what you have learned so far\, and to perfect your technique. \nThis session can be booked as a refresher session for those who have trained with us before. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this relaxed-paced nordic adventure with Tricia and Liz. \nThis session starts at the earlier time of 9.30am so that you can meet the new members who will just be finishing off their training. \n\n\nTricia will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 mile nordic walk across Thoresby Park\, where you will see deer and a range of fungi too! \n\n\nParking is £3 for all day.
