DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10. \nYou can only take part in Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1\, or already have experience of nordic walking. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Wednesday Walk Leader Adventures with Tricia and Liz. \n\n\nYour Walk Leaders will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile Adventure beginning in the village of Everton. \n\n\nThis delightful route takes us along open countryside\, along the river Idle and through woodland.
