DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Wednesday Walk Leader Adventure with Tricia and Liz. \n\n\nYour Walk Leaders will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile nordic walk through Clumber Park. \n\n\nPlease park at the Clumber Park Hotel and carefully make your way across to the Normanton Gate. \n\n\nDistance: 3.5 – 4.5 miles \nPace: Steady \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. This will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy\, Liz or Tricia. SUMMARY:Beginner's Nordic Walking Training 1/3
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This 3-part course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nSession 1 introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nSession 2 will take place on Wednesday 5th February\, 9.30am. You do not need to book these sessions separately. The payment for Session 1 is for all three sessions. \nSession 3 takes place on Wednesday 12th February\, 9.30am  and is also bookable for anyone who has trained with us before and would like some technique practise. \nPoles are available to use free of charge. \nYou will need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire prior to taking part.
