SUMMARY:First Parkinson's Nordic Walking Class
DESCRIPTION:Keeping active is essential for people living with Parkinson’s. It can help you manage your symptoms and slow their progression. \nNordic Walking is an exercise that can help with this and provide other valuable benefits too. As an exercise it is both safe and sociable. \n  \nThe class size is currently a maximum of 6 people\, plus any partner or support friend can come along for free. \nClasses begin April 2025 at Retford Cricket Club. \nCost £3. \nYou will need to complete a ParQ health questionnaire before you attend your first class. \n  \nThis class is partially funded by Parkinson’s UK. \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. This will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy. Refunds will only be issued if the session has been cancelled by the Instructor or Walk Leader. \nThank you\, \nTracy Hall \n07891932782
