DESCRIPTION:Kick start your week with a feel good adventure across the Idle Valley Nature Reserve with the Sherwood Nordic walkers. This session is suitable for newly trained members and current members alike. Elaine will lead most of these sessions and will aim to keep the sessions varied and fresh. \n  \nDistance: 4.5 miles max \nPace: Moderate \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Keeping active is essential for people living with Parkinson’s. It can help you manage your symptoms and slow their progression. \nNordic Walking is an exercise that can help with this and provide other valuable benefits too.
