DESCRIPTION:Sherwood Pines is the largest forest open to the public in the East Midlands with over 3\,300 acres to discover. It’s a centre for a wide variety of outdoor activities from a relaxed stroll to Go Ape Tree Top Adventure and much\, much more. \nJoin Sherwood Nordic Walking as we follow the Ranger’s Path around the woodlands. The terrain is mostly firm with a slight gradients in places. \nDistance: 4.5 miles \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Keeping active is essential for people living with Parkinson’s. It can help you manage your symptoms and slow their progression. \nNordic Walking is an exercise that can help with this and provide other valuable benefits too.
