DESCRIPTION:Have you recently completed your technique training? Or are you looking for a shorter\, more relaxed pace to get you back into it nordic walking. If so\, this is the class for you. \nThese 1-hr beginner’s walks are at a gentle pace and are up to 2 miles. They are a great way to gradually improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. They are ideal for those who want to build up gradually to the longer and more energetic walks or those who may have concerns about their health. \nDistance: 1 – 2miles \nPace: Steady \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Keeping active is essential for people living with Parkinson’s. It can help you manage your symptoms and slow their progression. \nNordic Walking is an exercise that can help with this and provide other valuable benefits too.
