SUMMARY:Steady adventure at Idle Valley Nature Reserve
DESCRIPTION:Have you recently completed your technique training? Or are you looking for a shorter\, more relaxed pace to get you back into it nordic walking. If so\, this is the class for you. \nThese 1-hr beginner’s walks are at a gentle pace and are up to 2 miles. They are a great way to gradually improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. They are ideal for those who want to build up gradually to the longer and more energetic walks or those who may have concerns about their health. \nDistance: 1 – 2miles \nPace: Steady \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Please meet Elaine at the Lock keeper Inn carpark off the A57 roundabout in Worksop (Sainsbury’s/McDonald’s roundabout). \nYou will follow the Chesterfield canal through Shireoaks and to Turners Wood. After crossing the railway you will follow the fields that take you back to the canal before heading back to the starting point.
