DESCRIPTION:Do you want to nordic walk at your optimum pace? Do you want to have your distance timed so that you can compare your pace week by week? If so\, then this session is for you. \nThese sessions will be 3 miles / 5 km in distance along a risk-assessed route. \nPlease ensure you arrive in good time for the warm up. \nPlease meet at the Clumber Park Hotel carpark. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk.
