DESCRIPTION:This 1-hour taster session has been designed to give you a feel for the benefits of using poles for nordic walking. If you like what you discover you can book onto a full course. The next one begins on Wednesday 17th January 9.30am. \nPoles are provided free of charge. You will need to complete a health questionnaire before taking part. This will be emailed to you\, so please check your junk email folder. \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session.
