During this session we will appreciate our beautiful surroundings\, breathe in the pure air and immerse ourselves in nature. DESCRIPTION:Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This 3-part course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nSession 1 introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nSession 2 will take place on Monday 6th October 9.30am. You do not need to book these sessions separately.
