DESCRIPTION:Beginning at The Dukeries (Notcutts) garden centre carpark. From the carpark we will begin by crossing over the main road. We will wind our way along a country lane and through open farmland until we reach the spectacular Creswell Crags. DESCRIPTION:Let’s enjoy a fabulous nordic walk in the RSPB’s Sherwood Forest. During this session we will appreciate our beautiful surroundings\, breathe in the pure air and immerse ourselves in nature. We will still be nordic walking at a fair pace but your Instructor will endeavour to keep the pace manageable whilst still getting a work out. \n\n\nMeeting at the RSPB visitor centre we will explore the ancient and wonderful Sherwood Forest\, home to 1\,000 ancient oak trees\, including the Major Oak. \n\n\nTo join this session you will have already completed nordic walking training. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session.
