This 3-part course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nSession 1 introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nSession 2 will take place on Tuesday 13th September and Session 3 on Tuesday 20th September. You do not need to book these sessions separately. It is home to a diverse range of wildlife and is recognised as one of the richest birding sites in the region.
