DESCRIPTION:Join us for a walk with a view! Langold Country Park is often overlooked\, but on our Adventure Walks we have discovered there is more there than just the lake. Ancient woodland and multiple pathways leading to hidden gems and spectacular views. \nStarting at the Langold Country Park café carpark. We will wander through the woods and find our way to the top of the pit tip. \nAfter taking in the views we will make our way back down\, have a moderate walk around the lake\, and return through the woods to the café carpark. \nDistance: 3.5 – 4 miles \nPace: Moderate \n  \nSpaces are limited on this session to Walk Leader insurance and group management. This 3-part course will teach you all you need to know to enjoy the International Nordic Walking (INWA) technique. \nSession 1 introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the few basic steps of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture\, pole position\, arm swing and forward propulsion. \nSession 2 will take place on Wednesday 5th February\, 9.30am. You do not need to book these sessions separately. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this relaxed-paced nordic adventure with Tricia and Liz. \n\n\nTricia will warm you all up before taking you on a steady 3.5 – 4.5 mile nordic walk around from Langold Country Park\, towards Firbeck or Letwell and into Dyscar Woods or maybe over to Hodsock.
