DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of steps 1-5. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto steps 6-10 where we add speed and intensity into the technique. Using specific drills to emphasise the correct movements and posture\, we will ensure we are getting a workout from our walk. From the carpark we will  crossing over the main road and wind our way along a country lane and through open farmland until we reach the spectacular Cresw\nell Crags.
