DESCRIPTION:Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of steps 1-5. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto steps 6-10 where we add speed and intensity into the technique. Using specific drills to emphasise the correct movements and posture\, we will ensure we are getting a workout from our walk. We end the session with a nordic walk\, practising the technique that we have built over the two sessions. \nYou can only book Part 2 if you have booked or attended the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Session Part 1\, or already have experience of nordic walking. \nAt the end of this session you will be ready to book onto our regular Adventure or Wellbeing walks depending on which one would suit you best. \nIt is preferable that you purchase your own poles in advance\, but if not\, poles are available to use free of charge. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto steps 6-10 where we add speed and intensity into the technique. Using specific drills to emphasise the correct movements and posture\, we will ensure we are getting a workout from our walk.
