During this session we will appreciate our beautiful surroundings\, breathe in the pure air and immerse ourselves in nature. We will still be nordic walking at a fair pace but your Instructor will endeavour to keep the pace manageable whilst still getting a work out. \n\n\nMeeting at the RSPB visitor centre we will explore the ancient and wonderful Sherwood Forest\, home to 1\,000 ancient oak trees\, including the Major Oak. \n\n\nTo join this session you will have already completed nordic walking training. If you haven’t please get in touch\, or have a look at the training session dates at Thoresby Park. \nPace: Steady – Moderate \n\n\nParking at the RSPB visitor carpark is across the road and is free for RSPB members (just place your membership card on. your dashboard). DESCRIPTION:Let’s enjoy a fabulous nordic walk in the RSPB’s Sherwood Forest. During this session we will appreciate our beautiful surroundings\, breathe in the pure air and immerse ourselves in nature. We will still be nordic walking at a fair pace but your Instructor will endeavour to keep the pace manageable whilst still getting a work out. \n\n\nMeeting at the RSPB visitor centre we will explore the ancient and wonderful Sherwood Forest\, home to 1\,000 ancient oak trees\, including the Major Oak. \n\n\nTo join this session you will have already completed nordic walking training. If you haven’t please get in touch\, or have a look at the training session dates at Thoresby Park. \nPace: Steady – Moderate \n\n\nParking at the RSPB visitor carpark is across the road and is free for RSPB members (just place your membership card on. your dashboard). SUMMARY:National Trust Clumber Park
DESCRIPTION:As the official group of Clumber Park we know the 3\,800 acres very well. So come along for this nordic adventure walk and enjoy a varied nordic walk of 5-6 miles. No two weeks are the same! \nThe sessions at Clumber Park are moderate to fast paced\, and the group is well managed to suit. These sessions are not suitable for slower paced members. \nWe will meet at the main visitor’s carpark\, near the bicycle hire hub. National Trust members enter for free\, non-members entry fees are £5 per adult. \nDistance: 5-6 miles \n  \nLATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. DESCRIPTION:Today’s nordic Adventure begins at The Bean Scene in Everton. \n\n\nWe will make our way through the village and along quiet tracks and paths until we reach Harwell and the gateway to the Barrow Hills. SUMMARY:RSPB Sherwood Forest
DESCRIPTION:Let’s enjoy a fabulous nordic walk in the RSPB’s Sherwood Forest. During this session we will appreciate our beautiful surroundings\, breathe in the pure air and immerse ourselves in nature. We will still be nordic walking at a fair pace but your Instructor will endeavour to keep the pace manageable whilst still getting a work out. \n\n\nMeeting at the RSPB visitor centre we will explore the ancient and wonderful Sherwood Forest\, home to 1\,000 ancient oak trees\, including the Major Oak. \n\n\nTo join this session you will have already completed nordic walking training. If you haven’t please get in touch\, or have a look at the training session dates at Thoresby Park. \nPace: Steady – Moderate \n\n\nParking at the RSPB visitor carpark is across the road and is free for RSPB members (just place your membership card on. your dashboard).
