Mondays are at Thoresby Park with Tasters and Technique courses every month. On our Adventure walks we get to explore some of the private the paths and tracks where ancient trees thrive and deer, Hebridean sheep and the Longhorn cattle graze.
From Spring 2020 we will have the privilege of using the multitude of wide trails and wooded paths throughout the Sherwood Forest at Sherwood Pines for Workout Walks!
Imitating the popular Monday and Friday Adventure walks, the Wellbeing Adventure walks are at a gentle pace and cover a shorter distance of 2-3 miles. These are perfect for newly trained nordic walkers, those with health concerns or those who haven’t been on a nordic walk for a while.
The highlight of the week is our Friday Adventure walk. Come and explore North Notts and South Yorkshire on our 4-5 miles Adventure walks. We visit Clumber Park, the Chesterfield canal, Idle Valley nature reserve and Creswell Crags, as well as planned routes across open countryside and woodland.
