Clumber Park Nordic Walking Beginner’s Technique Course Part 1/2
July 8 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am£10
Learn to Nordic Walk at Clumber Park – a brand new course and venue!
Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This session introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn steps 1-5 of the INWA 10-step technique. We will cover posture, pole position, arm swing and forward propulsion.
Poles are provided free of charge, but it is preferable that you have purchase your own poles in advance of the class. I have a few pairs for sale – contact me if you’d like to reserve a pair.
You will need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire prior to taking part. I will send this to you a few days before the course.
Part 2 will take place on Thursday 15th July at 9am and needs to be booked separately.
Please meet me in the main visitor’s carpark.
