Festive Friday Adventure Laughton to Roche Abbey

Let’s end the year with a festive Friday Adventure! Decorate your poles with tinsel, dust of your santa’s hat and let’s inject some festive cheer into our last nordic walk of the year!

Beginning at Laughton-en-le-Morthen we will follow rolling hills, peaceful woodland and finally arrive at the mysterious ruins of Roche Abbey.

There is a steep section on the way back.

There is a delightful cafe nearby called Leger Lakes and it is on our way back to the carpark. We can reserve a couple of tables here if COVID restrictions allow and anyone wants to call in for lunch at the end of our walk. I will have to dash off as school pick up is 1pm today!

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby a cancellation fee will be retained for any walks cancelled within 12 hours of the start of the walk (approximately 60p). A full refund will be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy before cancelling.
