Come and join in on our Gentle Nordic Adventure nordic walk around Clumber Park!
Enjoyable, sociable, Nordic Walking in stunning and varied locations. These walks make the most of our beautiful countryside and are a great way to meet new people, improve fitness and wellbeing and to enjoy being active outdoors.
Starting with a joint warm up with the Adventure walkers the Gentle Adventure walkers will enjoy the same route but at a slower pace.
Sherwood Nordic Walking is visiting Clumber Park. With over 3,800 acres of woods, open heath and rolling farmland there are many walks to explore. This week we are starting our adventure from the Clumber Park Hotel carpark before crossing over the road and heading towards Hardwick Village.
We have permission to park at the Clumber Hotel carpark. Parking is free. The hotel will be open for the facilities and a drink/snack post walk.
Look out for my car tucked away in the corner. Our walk begins on the other side of the road so we have to be super careful as we cross!
