Adventure along the Canal

We will meet at the Lock keeper Inn carpark off the A57 roundabout in Worksop (Sainsbury’s/McDonald’s roundabout). We will follow the Chesterfield canal through Shireoaks and on to Turners Wood.

After crossing the railway we will follow the fields that take us back to the canal before heading back to our starting point. If we have time, and we are feeling fit and fresh, we can go up to the top of the pit tip for a good view of the beautiful Dukeries.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk. A refund minus 50p booking fee will be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy before cancelling.
