Adventure at Sherwood Pines

Open to all nordic walkers.

Sherwood Pines is the largest forest open to the public in the East Midlands with over 3,300 acres to discover. It’s a centre for wide variety of outdoor activities from a relaxed stroll to Go Ape Tree Top Adventure and much, much more.

Join Sherwood Nordic Walking as we follow the Ranger’s Path around the woodlands, or maybe a slightly different route if diversions are in place due to felling. The terrain is mostly firm with a slight gradients in places.

Please car share for this walk as parking at Sherwood Pines carpark is currently £6 for up to 2 hours , £9 for 3 hours and £10 thereafter! Lifts can be organised from Clumber Park Hotel and Forest Lodge.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk. A credit voucher or a refund imbues 50p booking fee may be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy.
