Saturday along the Chesterfield canal

Did someone say ‘ice cream’? Let’s hope the little ice cream hut, which sells Thaymars  is open today.

We will meet at the Lock keeper Inn carpark off the A57 roundabout in Worksop (Sainsbury’s/McDonald’s roundabout). We will follow the Chesterfield canal through Shireoaks and to Turners Wood.

After crossing the railway we will follow the fields that take us back to the canal before heading back to our starting point.
