A gentle, safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks are suitable for newly trained nordic walkers those who want to build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or may have concerns about their health.
This week our Wellbeing Adventure walk takes us to Idle Valley. This reserve consists of a beautiful 450 hectare network of lakes, wetland, grassland and scrub. It is home to a diverse range of wildlife and is recognised as one of the richest birding sites in the region.
The terrain is mostly level.
