A gentle, safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks are suitable for newly trained nordic walkers and those who want to build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or may have concerns about their health.
This week our Wellbeing Adventure walk takes us to Langold Country Park. We will meet in the carpark with the cafe and venture through the woods and then around the lake.
The terrain is mostly level.
