Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Session

Would you like to learn how to nordic walk? This session introduces you to the nordic walking poles and their features before moving on to learn the basic nordic walking technique. We will cover posture, pole position and forward propulsion.
In the second part of the session we will move onto hills and feet dynamics.
At the end of this session you will be ready to book onto any of our regular Wellbeing Adventure or Adventure walks.
Poles are provided free of charge.
You will need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire prior to taking part.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby a cancellation fee will be retained for any walks cancelled within 12 hours of the start of the walk (approximately 60p). A full refund will be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy before cancelling.
Please let me know if you or anyone in your household develops symptoms that could be COVID-19 before you come on the walk so that I may cancel your place and issue your refund.
Also please let me know if you test positive at any time after the walk so that I may provide you with participant details for Track and Trace purposes.
