For members who have completed steps 1-5 of the beginner’s course and want to continue working on their technique and build up to one of the Adventure or Wellbeing walks.
This walk is also aimed at those who have learned to nordic walk in the past but need some practise to refresh their technique.
COVID-19 aware
Please let me know if you, anyone in your household or anyone you have been in close contact with have developed symptoms that could be COVID-19 before you come on the walk so that I may cancel your place and issue your refund.
Also please let me know if you test positive at any time after the walk so that I may provide participant details for Test and Trace purposes.
