Thoresby Park Beginner’s 2/2

Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10.

You can only book Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1, or already have experience of nordic walking.

Poles are available to use free of charge.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk. A transfer onto another course may be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy.
