Following on from the Beginner’s Training Session Part 1 we begin with a recap of the basic INWA technique steps. We will move onto the hill technique and foot dynamics before progressing onto cover up to step 6 of 10.
You can only take part in Session 2 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Part 1, or already have experience of nordic walking.
Poles are available to use free of charge.
Session 3 on 8th May incorporates further practise and recap on key areas of the technique.
