We begin Session 3 with a recap of steps 1-6 covered over the past 2 weeks before progressing onto steps 6-10 where we add speed and intensity into the technique. Using specific drills to emphasise the correct movements and posture, we will ensure we are getting a workout from our walk. We end the session with a nordic walk, practising the technique that we have built over the three sessions.
You can only book Session 3 if you have completed the Beginner’s Nordic Walking Training Session Parts 1 and 2, or already have experience of nordic walking.
At the end of this session you will be ready to book onto our regular nordic walks.
Poles are available to use free of charge.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk. A credit voucher or a refund minus 50p booking fee may be issued up until this time but will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy.
