Come and meet Sherwood Nordic Walking at Thoresby Park and have a go!
This 45-minute session will help you understand how beneficial Nordic Walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!
Having a go is the best way to feel how the poles can help push you along, make you feel lighter and enable you to walk faster.
You will be sent a Par-Q form to complete before the Taster session in case there are any health concerns we need to discuss.
Poles are available to use free of charge.
