Taster session

This 1-hour taster session has been designed to give you a feel for the benefits of using poles for nordic walking. If you like what you discover you can book onto a full course. The next one begins in April.

Poles are provided free of charge. You will need to complete a health questionnaire before taking part. This will be emailed to you, so please check your junk email folder.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Sherwood Nordic Walking has a late cancellation policy whereby we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a walk booking. No refunds can be issued however it may be possible to use the credit one time on a future session. This will be dependent on the cancelling client making contact with Tracy. Refunds will only be issued if the session has been cancelled by the Instructor or Walk Leader.
